Professional Summary

Allison Simpson, J.D. is a leader in the emerging field of Energetic Intelligence — the integration of science, emotion, and energy into modern leadership and education.

Trained as an attorney in New York and now based in Athens, Greece, Allison brings more than two decades of cross-sector experience spanning law, governance, education, and integrative health. Her work centers on helping individuals and organizations achieve alignment, coherence, and authentic communication across all levels of leadership and culture.

As Co-Founder and Chancellor of the European Institute of Integrative Health Sciences (EIIHS), Allison has shaped one of Europe’s pioneering higher-learning institutions dedicated to integrative medicine and energetics. She also co-created Quantum C.A.R.E.™, a transformational mentorship model that bridges neuroscience, energy psychology, and conscious leadership. Through her brand In Pursuit of Self®, she empowers women to reconnect with vitality and purpose in midlife, while her physical wellness center, The Sanctuary, serves as a community hub for emotional restoration and nervous-system regulation.

Allison advises leaders, educators, and creative founders through AS Advisory, her private consulting practice specializing in culture design, strategic communication, and organizational well-being. Her approach blends systems thinking with emotional and energetic awareness — a rare synthesis that brings clarity to complexity and humanity to high performance.

A graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Fordham University, Allison is licensed to practice law in New York and holds advanced certifications in Eden Energy Medicine, EFT, Havening Techniques, and Vinyasa Yoga.

She believes that when people lead from alignment, culture shifts — and that coherence, not competition, will define the next era of leadership.

Career Highlights

Allison’s professional journey began early, rooted in curiosity and a lifelong drive to understand how people, systems, and stories shape the world.

At sixteen, she joined the Public Relations Department of Empire State Development in New York, assisting on what would become landmark projects in holistic urban design — including the Chelsea Highline and the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy.

By nineteen, she was working at Court Television Network as personal assistant and production coordinator to anchor Rikki Kidman, supporting the daily broadcast of civil and criminal trial coverage and writing early speeches on visionary leadership.

During law school, Allison interned with Giuliani Partners, contributing to high-profile national security and crisis management initiatives, including the remediation of anthrax contamination at the National Enquirer headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.

In her late twenties, she pivoted toward creative industries, managing advertising and sponsorship campaigns for Z!NK Magazine, a high-end fashion publication, while pursuing advanced studies in yoga and holistic wellness at Laughing Lotus College of Yoga in New York City.

At thirty, Allison relocated to Greece, rebuilding her life and career from the ground up. She became involved with an education think tank in Athens, piloting mindset-based learning programs for Greek teens.

Her work later expanded into organizational leadership and governance, serving as Director of Communications and Board Trustee for EFT International, one of the world’s leading accreditation bodies for energy psychology.

In 2023, Allison co-founded the European Institute of Integrative Health Sciences (EIIHS), where she now serves as Chancellor and Director of Energetics Curriculum Design. Her multidisciplinary background — spanning law, education, wellness, and media — continues to inform her work in developing ethical, human-centered systems for the next generation of leaders and practitioners.
